Delivery Rates

A flat delivery rate of $3.50.

Note: Delivery charges will be displayed on the checkout page. Cash on delivery is not accepted at the moment. Therefore, all payment must be made beforehand.

 

Delivery Service

We engage Qdelivery’s QX Next Day Delivery service as our courier. You will receive an email notification informing you when your Order is ready for collection by Qdelivery on the next working day.

If the collection is done on Friday, the delivery will be on Saturday (for residential address). For Office address, it will be on Monday. They do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.

If a representative will not be available at the stipulated delivery address to receive your Order, kindly include in your Order notes whether our delivery personnel should leave it in your cabinet/riser.

Note: Delivery may take around 2-5 working days.

 

Delivery Location

Comffe delivery is available for most locations in Singapore except for the following: CBD areas, army camps, airports, Sentosa Island, Jurong Island, Tuas, Pulau Ubin and any other restricted or remote areas.


Comffe Delivery Policy

  • We apologize that we are unable to give you an exact date and time of delivery. However, you will receive an email notification informing you when your Order is ready for pickup by Qdelivery the next working day.
  • If you are unavailable to receive your Order on the next day, kindly contact us at orders@comffe.sg indicating your Order ID within the same day you received the email notification. We will reschedule the delivery date. Please note that we are unable to do so on the Qdelivery pickup day itself.
  • Any late requests for a change in delivery date and time will be subjected to a surcharge by our courier partner. Therefore, do inform us at least a day earlier.
  • We will deliver to the address specified in your Order. If the delivery address provided is incorrect which resulted in a failed delivery, there will be an additional surcharge on top of the re-delivery fee.
  • In the event that your Order is left unclaimed and you are not contactable to reschedule a date and time, your order will be held for a maximum of 2 weeks from the date of first attempted failed delivery. If there is no response within the 2 weeks, your parcel will be disposed of without prior notice. Consequently, no refunds will be made for such cases.
  • If you wish to change your delivery address after you have completed the transaction, kindly email us your inquiry at orders@comffe.sg. However, we are unable to change the delivery address once you received an email notification informing you that your Order is ready for dispatch the next working day. Therefore, kindly inform us at least a day earlier.
  • We do not offer international shipping options at the moment.

 

Comffe Offers Self-Collection

Self-collect your items and save on delivery fees!

Here at Comffe, we aim to keep our costs low, which increases your savings! Hence, we are offering the option for self-collection.

Self-collection is available from 1pm – 6pm every Sunday located at Bishan MRT, the gantry exit towards Junction 8.

Kindly provide your contact number during the checkout process. This is to ensure that our delivery personnel can contact you to facilitate a smooth collection, if required. For more information on self-collection, kindly refer to our FAQ.
